We provide tools and storage for uploading and sharing media (e.g., photos, videos, and other digital content) related to events. The features and services available to you depend on the product or subscription you purchase, as described on our website at the time of purchase.4.2 Storage Period
Unless otherwise agreed, all uploaded content will be stored on our servers for six (6) months from the date of upload. After this period, the content will be permanently deleted. If additional storage is needed, you may contact us to request an extension, which we may approve at our discretion.4.3 QR Code Access
The Platform enables you to generate and share QR codes or links for easy guest access. You are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded by Guests complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
5. Payment and Fees
5.1 Fees
To access certain Services, you must pay the applicable fees as displayed on our website. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes such as GST.5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors. We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers.5.3 Refund Policy
